• The order appears suspicious or high risk of return (RTO)

• Delivery timelines vary between 2–5 business days, depending on location.

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

• Exchange is allowed only for products damaged during shipping.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or exchange request.
